We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB598801.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data about people who visit this website or contact us through it. If you take part in our research, or work with us as a client or supplier, we will give you a separate privacy notice that covers that relationship.
The information we collect
- When you use our contact form: your first and last name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data in your message.
- When you email us directly: your contact details and anything you choose to include in your email.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website securely. We do not use this information to identify you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in managing our business relationships.
- To keep the website secure and working properly. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your consent. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact with you. If your enquiry leads to us working together, we keep the relevant records in line with our client record retention schedule. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to us using your data on the basis of legitimate interests
- ask us to transfer data you have given us to another organisation, where this applies
